Sessions are (1) hour and incorporate a balance of flexibility, strength/conditioning, and cardio training. Methods of training are specifically designed based upon client's goals, need and abilities.

Personal Training MONTHLY

2 times per week (10) sessions $300 month
3 times per week (12) sessions $500 month
4 times per week (16) sessions $600 month
Unlimited w/ 2 guest passes $700 month


Basic nutritional counseling included in package "Customized" nutritional counseling available at an additional cost.
